Cabin 3 at the Holiday

Cozy very clean and roomy cabin with all the amenities. We have a large private yard for trailers, yard games, and plenty of parking. A fully stocked kitchen with modern new appliances and utensils. New grill, private dock with smaller boat lift, and opt. boat for rental. Great swimming, fire pit, basketball court, and deck for relaxing outside and grilling with a refreshing drink. We also provide a 42 inch flat screen with satellite, and DVD player. The Phelps area has quiet access to the north woods, close proximity to Eagle River, and the water falls and serenity of the Upper Peninsula. Fishing, hunting, boating, biking, hiking, golf, casinos, kayaking and much, much, more! You'll have access to almost an acre of private yard, private dock, full cabin and the serenity of North Twin Lake. I am available on and off throughout the season. Guests always have a direct number to Charlie, my helpful maintenance man. Charlie lives a short distance away. We are a mile from downtown, but Phelps is a very quiet tranquil town. We have learned to appreciate the serenity of the lake as it has very little if any recreational jet skis or speed boat traffic. Known for its great fishing most boats are fishing or pontoon boats. Even on a busy holiday weekend at any time there may be 4-5 visible boats on the 2800 acre lake. We have a very large lot for parking. Lots of room for multiple trucks and trailers. There is a local small airport in both Land O Lakes and Eagle River. We have great swimming by the dock. The area is sandy but I recommend aqua socks as there are some rocks close to shore. We do book Sat to Sat full week rentals in the Summer months to allow family vacations. If inquiring for shorter stays prior to mid April, please be mindful. We will consider shorter stays later in April and May to fill in gaps if there are any.
