The property, measuring 100 sq m, has recently been renovated, according to the traditional corfiot architecture. The house consists of two floors. On the first floor are the kitchen and the living room and on the second floor are the bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms has a private balcony, with sea and Mountain View (depending on the side). The lounge is comfortable with a beautiful terrace and two sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a balcony door leading to the balcony. This traditional house ‘’Spiti Melina’’ is located in Prinilas, one of the oldest villages in the north west of Corfu. Prinilas is a beautiful, traditional village which in 1978 was declared a preserved settlement because of the old houses, the picturesque alleys and the mansions dating back to the beginning of the 20th century that demonstrate the wealth and the growth of the past. Prinilas is built in a panoramic position at an altitude of 270 meters above the cove of Agios Georgios in Pagoi and very close to the village Pagoi. The village is mentioned in a document o 1200 A.C. as a seat of the Byzantine rule of ten. The small church of Agios Nikolaos, which dates back to the 14th century, is one of the sights of the village. From Prinilas besides the lovely beach of Agios Georgios Pagoi, you can also visit Palaiokastritsa with its famous monastery and its popular beaches. The guests will be able to enjoy a peaceful, bright green, neighborhood. The village of Pagoi is very close by, which has local shops, café bars and a bakery. The house is 33 km from Corfu Airport (transfer from airport to the house provided without extra charge). Prinilas is only 3 km away from the beach resort of Agios Georgios and 33 km from Corfu Town, where you can find year-round amenities of shops, tavernas, supermarkets, banks, etc. The house is able to accommodate up to 5 guests. There are two bedrooms with one double bed each room and a sofa bed in the living room. Please note that there are stairs in the house from the ground floor to the second floor.
