Clean and quiet bedroom

Cosy and comfortable single bedroom in a very quiet area. Smoking free house. No loud music. No pets. Friendly people. The place is situated in a very quiet area between two parks in Harborne quarter. Also is quite close to the city centre and to hotspot of Birmingham canals ways. You could reach the city centre by car or by bus in 12-15 min. The house is a shared house with three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. And you as guest/s will have your own single bedroom and will share the common spaces like kitchen, living room, conservatoire, courtyard and one of the bathroom (there are two bathrooms). If you are coming by car you will have a parking on driveway. As guests you can use the common spaces like, the kitchen, the living room, the conservatoire, the courtyard and the bathrooms (two). Drivers can park for free on our driveway. We enjoy socialising with our guests but we respect everyone’s privacy. Very quiet area and good neighborhood. You could reach the hotspots of Birmingham by bus which is 3 minutes away from my house or by car in 12-15 minutes. You could cook your meals but you should keep the kitchen tidy and also you have your space for smoking in courtyard.
