Enjoy a stroll to Chelsea's Main Street- watch a play at Purple Rose Theater, have a delicious dinner at The Common Grill, and listen to live music while having coffee and dessert at Zou Zou's Cafe. There are beautiful nearby lakes, bike trails, boutique shops, and Farmers Markets. Journey 15 minutes outside of Chelsea and enjoy the sights of Ann Arbor or watch a football game at U of M. This is one unit in a 4-unit complex. Please be courteous to the long term tenants. It is a lower unit with stairs that lead down to the entrance. There is a 1-car detached garage and available space to park 1 car in front of it. Please be mindful of the the carport and that other tenants use the area. We live in a neighboring city and are available to answer any questions you might have about the home or area. Chelsea is the home of "Jiffy" Mix! It is a family-oriented town with food, fun and entertainment all year long. There are a nearby chain of lakes, Animal Planet's Barn Sanctuary, Sights and Sounds on Thursday nights and Farmers Markets on Saturdays. There is always something to do in Chelsea. The home is a very short walk to Main Street in downtown Chelsea. It is also a 15 minute drive to Ann Arbor or if using public transportation, then ExpressRide Chelsea can take you to Ann Arbor in about 30 minutes. Please note that there's a queen size bed in the bedroom and a comfy couch in the living room. This setting will allow 2 people to stay comfortably.
