The Studio at Red Barn Salvage

We will remain open and are taking extra precautions through these times. Quiet studio apartment just off of the Little Miami Bike Trail. Fully updated with sitting area, living space, bathroom and full kitchen. Private patio with fire pit, dining area, and bar. Large mud room with plenty of bike storage. You will fall in love with the quaint, historic town of Spring Valley. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy including the private patio which can be accessed by the rear door located through mud room (bi-fold doors). Guests have access to entire apartment including patio. Each guest will be given unique access code to keyless entry. No need to worry about keys. Unique codes will permit access for the duration of stay. I live on the premises and would be more than happy to meet and/or show you around. Otherwise, I am available for questions via phone/text, or email. Located right in the heart of quiet Spring Valley. Slim’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill and Coffee Hub/Two Scoops Ice Cream are just a short walk away. Uber and Lyft are available in the area with a 10-15 minute wait time, usually. Angled street parking is always safe and available. Located about 30 feet to the right of the entry door there is a concrete slab along fence which can be used for private parking and is suitable for most vehicles. The storefront of this building is occupied by a small antique store which shares a wall with the apartment. The store is only open on Saturdays from 10am-4pm. During this time very little noise can be heard (just a voice or two). There is a tenant living above so you may hear foot steps from time to time. Lastly, on the patio you may see a hot tub which is (unfortunately) not operable and is pending removal.
