Immersed in an enchanting naturalistic context and finished with original materials, it has large living areas on the ground floor and on the first floor two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a master bedroom with fireplace and bathroom with jacuzzi. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery among fruit trees and ancient olive trees and extends over a property of over 12,000 sq m. It was already identified before the papal cadastre dating back to 1860 and during its restoration dating back to the end of the 90s all the building materials were recovered on site. The plaster used to paint the inside and the outside was made with the tuff present in the territory, therefore the villa has a characteristic and natural yellow-ocher color. Inside there is a pre-existing cave currently used as a cellar. Our guests will have access to the whole park that surrounds the villa and to the paved area in front of the house, where they can have lunch, read or relax in total harmony with nature and its beauties. Are available to guests camp beds and umbrellas, a foosball table, a ping pong table, a barbecue and a wood oven. We will be available to guests for any need, doubt or particular request for the duration of the stay. A short distance from the farmhouse are the medieval villages of Saludecio, Mondaino and Montegridolfo and the seaside resorts of Riccione, Cattolica and Pesaro. The characteristic village of Meleto is located south of the municipal area of Saludecio and borders the municipalities of Montegridolfo and Mondaino. Dating back to the 6th century, the village of Meleto was called "the balcony on the Adriatic", as it is located on a hill on the Tavollo valley. Surrounded by huge gardens, fruits and olive trees, the House presents wide living rooms with hearths at the ground floor and, at the first floor, two queen size bedrooms with private bathrooms and one king size bedroom with bathroom and jacuzzi. The house is sorrounded by a huge garden, centuries-old olive trees and fruits trees, on a property of over 12,000 sqm. The original house was already identified by the pontifical real estate registry dated back to 1860 and when it was refurbished in the late '90, all the construction materials were recovered locally. Even the plaster used to paint the internal and external walls, has been realized with the local tuff. This is the reason why the house has a typical and natural yellow-ocher color. Insiede the house there is an ancient cave currently used as a wine cellar. Guests will have access to all the garden (12,000 sqm) surrounding the house and the paved area with wooden tables where they will be able to have luch, read or take some rest in perfect harmony with the nature. Sunbeds, umbrellas, a table football, a ping pong table, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven are at our guest disposal. We will be at our Guests disposal during all their stay. Next to the medieval villages of Saludecio, Mondaino and Montegridolfo and to the seaside small towns of Riccione, Cattolica and Pesaro. Thanks to his hill location, Meleto has been defined as the balcony on the Adriatic Sea.
