A Cosy Cottage

Just 2.3 miles from the ancient town of Guildford, our cosy Edwardian cottage offers comfortable accommodation with breakfast included. The University is 3 miles away, the Royal Surrey County Hospital & Research Park 3.5 miles and Tech College 1.6. NB: There are no self-catering facilities. Cosy, homely accommodation with a Continental breakfast featuring homemade preserves and fresh fruit up until 9 a.m. It would be appreciated if guests would come down for breakfast fully dressed! There are no self-catering facilities. Guests will have the sole use of a family sized bathroom and dining room besides the bedroom. Parking in the driveway. Unfortunately, this house is not suitable for the infirm; steep stairs. I hope I can help to make the most of your stay in Guildford and I'm all yours until check-out time which I would ask guests to stick to - believe it or not, I have places to go, things to do and people to see! This is a very convenient, semi rural location with easy access to the A3 (1 mile), the M25 (5 miles). Just less than five miles to the RHS Wisley Garden but there are no bright lights, pubs or eateries - these will be found in the town centre less than three miles away. There are bus stops within a few steps of the cottage giving access to Guildford and Woking for fast trains to London Waterloo (35 minutes). For my overseas visitors I offer themed days out - antiques shopping, beside the seaside, gardens and more.
