The residence is located just 15 minutes from Patras downtown and 10' from the Patras port. The house is of walking distance, just 2' from a clear sea and from the traditional village of Tsoukaleika where our guests can enjoy Greek Souvlaki & coffee anytime. While staying with us our guests will be also able to enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, fresh eggs and virgin olive oil from our private olive farm. In just 2' driving , there is the magical mini Riviera of Vrahneika gulf, which, apart from offering one of the most magical sunsets worldwide , there are numerous coffee places & bars, excellent sea food restaurants and mediterranean taverns , where is served fresh fish and gorgeous homemade traditional Greek Food. This Luxury cottage in the capital of the Peloponesse offers spacious retreat for bussiness or family vacation. The location of the residence is ideal for a one day trip to Ancient Olympia (45'), Mistras, Mycenae, Athens and Ionian islands. The neighborhood is a quiet area ideal for relaxing , walking , swimming. Taxi and Bus transportation to Patras center and nearby places. Our Guests can have access to our tree farm and they will able to have fresh orange and lemon juice anytime, from the trees , situated just outside of their window.
