Self contained annexe

This is a self contained annexe to our bungalow. It is close to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon and a short distance to JLR Kineton. The village of Harbury has a Co-op, P O, Doctors Surgery, Chemist and two eating pubs. This Annexe is much more comfortable for one person but can accommodate two on a short term basis. The Annexe has a double bedroom with wardrobe and shelf space with two bedside tables. The bathroom has corner bath with shower over. The kitchenette has sink, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery. There is an ironing board and Iron for your sole use. There is a separate study/small lounge with sofa, coffee tables and TV with free WiFi. Parking is available on the road outside the property. It is a quiet residential area There are bus routes to the named close towns The property has a key box access for initial arrival
