Comfortable mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate shower and underfloor heating, open plan sitting room with plasma TV and DVD. Oil fired central heating. Ample parking. South facing gardens amidst quiet countryside. All set on the ground level , no stairs. Access to Harrisons Rocks and local woods for walking and cycling. Half a mile to Groombridge Village with two good pubs, Spa Valley Steam Train, bakers, General Stores, Post Office, cricket ground and childrens play ground. 4.5 miles to Royal Tunbridge Wells and its famous Pantiles. Trains to London from Tunbridge Wells, 50 minutes, and Eridge Station, 1.5 miles away, 50 minutes. We live on the farm and are available at all times to answer questions and advise on the local area. A beautiful part of England with many mature woodlands, famous country gardens and numerous National Trust properties. Eridge Station is 1.5 miles away and has trains to London and the south east.
