Summary: Luxury 3 bedroom property, laid out for your perfect getaway! The two sofa bed can easily be set up as a bed. Easy to set up thick mattress, ideal for extra guests staying. A fully-functioning and regularly stocked kitchen, that will give you more quality time with your family during your stay. Hand-picked fixtures and decorations to give off comfort and cozy place for our guests. A convenient location, just a brief taxi ride to both NEC and Birmingham Airport. We will happily accept your fury friends subject to an extra charge🐶 Take note that all of our units are cleaned thoroughly and disinfected regularly, for safety and sanitation purposes. Due to the current pandemic - we are still taking contractor & business related bookings, relocations, insurance and other government-permitted stays. Please get in touch if you're unsure if this applies to your stay. The Space: Appealingly laid out property comes with two kingsize beds, two double beds and two double sofa beds. A vast and modish living area, excellent for a relaxing environment. The kitchen boasts French doors that look out to the rear garden. A fully equipped kitchen and a 6 seater dining table. Easy access to both washing machines and dryers, are ideal for longer term guests. A parking space suited for 2 cars on the private drive, also has a wide off road parking right outside. Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to the whole property for the duration of your stay. There are washing and drying facilities in the property which the guests are welcome to use throughout their time in the property. The Neighborhood: The surrounding neighborhood is well-established and friendly, so rest assured that there will never be an issue regarding safety & security. The area has great amenities that can be found nearby. Getting Around: It is hassle free to get around the area. If not using a car the easiest way to travel would be either buy Uber Taxi or public transport. Buses run regularly in and out of town. Other Things to Note: There is CCTV covering the exterior of the property for security purposes. We do not accept parties or excessive noise in the property - if this occurs, you will be asked to leave immediately. For new Airbnb guests with less than 3 reviews, we require a security deposit of £250 for all stays. This will be collected directly by us and returned within 5 working days of check out.
