Excellent Villa located in Melissi village, a magnificent holiday location only 110 km from Athens, with panoramic sea view over the Gulf of Corinth (less than 300 m from the sea in straight line), fire place, garden with barbecue, that can accommodate easily 7 people. Two-story building plus attic. Ground floor includes 1 double-bed bedroom (mountain view), living room with fireplace (sea view), kitchen and bathroom. 1st Floor includes 2 double-bed bedrooms (1 with mountain and the other with sea view) and 1 bathroom. 1 more single bed is included in the attic, which has a magnificent sea view. All bedrooms and the living room have balconies, while there is also a big terrace on the 1st floor. At the back of the house there is a spacey garden with sea view and a big barbecue. The garden also includes an outdoor dining table. A lot of home appliances can be used by the guests (i.e. refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.). Extra facilities include two mountain bikes and one treadmill for running. Guests have access to the complete house, including the garden and the barbecue. Owner, when in Melissi, is staying in the basement of the villa (with separate entrance from the garden). The owner's assistant, whose permanent residence is located in the village, can provide information and immediate assistance on any issue for the comfortable stay of the guests. Located in Melissi, a village by the sea of the Gulf of Corinth, between the beautiful city of Xylokastro and the lively commercial center of Kiato (suburban train station), the villa can serve as the perfect starting point for small trips to important archaeological sites (66 km from Mycenae, 87 km from Epidaurus, 36 km from Ancient Corinth) and beautiful mountainous areas (e.g. Trikala, Kalavrita, Feneos, Stimfalia, Ziria Ski Resort). 1 hour 20 min by car from Athens, Melissi is also accessible via Athens's suburban train up to the city of Kiato (1 h 20 min) and from there via the local bus (10 min). Upon the guests' request, owner could provide self-cooked Greek food (barbecue also available for this service) for breakfast, lunch or dinner at an extra charge, to be agreed upon arrival. The villa could accommodate another 2 people in a separate, independent 55 sq.m. apartment with entrance from the garden to be charged extra for 35 EUR per day. The apartment includes kitchen, bathroom, 1 double-bed bedroom and living room and has access to the garden (sea view). If not used by the guests, this apartment will be empty.
