THE HOLIDAY HOUSE VITICE

It is situated in the protected area of several reservoirs, sources of fresh water for the local regions as well as the capital city of Prague, surrounded by numerous woods, fields, meadows and rivers. On the first floor, there are four spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished and decorated three-bed rooms overlooking the adjacent forest and plum orchard. Each room has its own bathroom with a sink, shower corner and toilet and two of them have direct access to a balcony. Due to its hilly landscape with intensive air circulation and the absence of industry, this region can pride itself on some of the cleanest air in the country. Its location, capacity, facilities and separation from other neighboring houses make the holiday house ideal for a multi-generation vacation, groups of friends with their children and others. Barbecue Behind the house there is a shelter with a table and chairs. In the calm atmosphere of the adjacent forest, using the fire place, grill or smoker, our guests spend long evening and night hours chatting and preparing and consuming meals and drinks. Grass sports field For those who aren’t satisfied with just passive relaxation, there is a grass court suitable for various activities, namely volleyball, „football tennis“, badminton, football, frisbee, and more. Mountain bikes In order to explore the picturesque surroundings and as another way of active relaxation our guests can rent up to 5 mountain bikes. The house can be found in the small village of Vitice (only about 20 inhabitants). 2 km from the village of Želiv and 10 km west of Humpolec, in the western part of the Czech-Moravian Highlands.
