Little Sjötorp, Sweden

Welcome to our wonderful 65 m2 studio! We will do absolutely everything to make your stay as smooth as possible. Sometimes you just want to relax, feel harmony. Feel extra welcome to Sjötorp! Just south of Klagshamn, by the shore meadows of Foteviken where birds gather, you will find this cosy studio to rent, both for short and long terms. You will have a private entrance, your own patio where the morning sun will keep you company. On the ground floor you find a smaller kitchenette and a pentry with cooking facilities, oven and 2 hotplates, fridge and freezer. In the luxurious bathroom you just want to linger.. Upstairs you will find a big 4 meter lounge sofa, made of 2 80 cm mattresses, which will be two beds night time. You will also find a big dinner table perfect for socializing! Two balconies to the north and east. Note, this is not a private bedroom, you need to pass through this room to get into the bedroom. Two dubble glassdoors will lead you in to the main bedroom with the 2,15x2,15 bed. In the grey sofa you can enjoy a film, bigsreen TV and Boxer. Maybe you need a fika break on the south balcony with view over the garden? By the entrence there is a lounge set and the possibility for BBQ if you want to. Lilla Sjötorp is also the name of our Cafe & Boutique with locally & loving produced things. It´s located on the groundfloor of the house. We serve a viarity of dishes, smörrebröd and Dish of the day and so on. Welcome over! We have prepared the pentry for you, you will have all the basics, coffee, tea, flour, sugar, spices, detergent and so on. If you want extras, just give us a hint! Our family lives on the property, in the old traditional Scania house. If you need any support, just say! You are so close to the nature, it is just around the corner, walking, cycling, bird watching, meadows by the ocean, still close to Malmö and Copenhagen! If you dont arive with a car, you take the bus to Klagshamn where we will pick you up unless you want the 15 minutes walk. In Sjötorp you can hop on one of our free bicycles.
