Full access except of lower level studio house Quiet area full of pine trees. 500m from 24h bakery - coffee shop & restaurant, supermarket and petrol station. Moniatis is a village built in the heart of Troodos but is also 25km away from the city of Limassol. It is 80 km away from Nicosia , 75 km away from Paphos and 110km away from Larnaca. It lies close to Pano Platres, Kato Platres, Mandria, Kouka, Trimiklini and Pera Pedi Villages.The village is built at an average height of 700 metres above sea level, which offers a cool refreshing climate during the long hot Cyprus summer months and a cold climate during the short winter months. You can also visit the unique and famous venetian double bridge Moniatis, the Folk Art Museum and the waterfalls of Mesa Potamos and Millomeri. There is also a Natural Trail passing through the village for those who enjoy hiking. Also all wine producing villages and wineries are close by. -Electric bill is free for quests staying up to 6 days or less. Weekly or monthly stays, guests will be charged according to EAC (Electric Authority of Cyprus). -There is an extra lower level but for now is kept separated by a locked door inside the house.
