Enjoy complete privacy and peace in stylish open plan interiors with views over the beautiful West Sussex countryside. Each apartment is tastefully finished to the highest standard and both offer modern and user friendly facilities throughout. The only dilemma is choosing which one you want to stay in. We will definitely leave you and your friends to fight that one out for yourselves! A welcome pack of tea and coffee, home made cakes/biscuits and all those cupboard basics to get you started awaits your arrival. Your booking includes two free parking spaces (any parking required for additional vehicles during your stay must be agreed prior to arrival ) Electric gates provide added security. Both apartments have easy to control gas central heating and Keeper's Retreat also boasts newly installed air conditioning. Choose between a a super king size bed (converts to two single beds by prior arrangement) in Keeper's Retreat or a beautiful Victorian cast iron king size bed in Keeper's Lodge. A large bathroom including a roll top bath and separate luxury rain shower in Keeper's Retreat or the beautifully appointed shower room with generous walk in shower in Keeper's Lodge. Stunning Views and open plan sophistication in Keeper's Retreat or the more intimate space and pretty secluded patio garden in Keeper's Lodge. A secluded and private garden wraps around the apartments with plenty of space for you and your friends to relax and enjoy the summer sun. Enjoy quality cotton bed linen and ample towels, free WiFi and modern flat screen Free-sat smart TV (150 channels), smart and modern kitchens both with an electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. This is the ideal place to enjoy a special occasion or a trip to the world renown Goodwood Estate for 'The Festival of Speed ','The Goodwood Revival' or the many horse racing events. Sadly no children or under 18's and no pets .Strictly no smoking. We can provide secure storage for bicycles by prior arrangement. An electric fob to operate the gate allows you to come and go as you please. Each apartment is accessed via its own private entrance. Both are completely self contained with everything you need for a short break or longer holiday. Use each unit independently or share the patio, garden and dining spaces to suit you. We are close at hand to help should you require any advice or assistance but otherwise your time is completely your own. An abundance of National Trust properties surround us and a network of footpaths and country lanes allow easy exploration of the local countryside. The South Downs Way and Wayfarers Walk are easily accessible and a network of footpaths explore the surrounding countryside and Downland. We are a haven for both the keen and more casual cyclist both off and on road . A reliable taxi service is readily available and for your own vehicle we offer secure gated parking a designated parking space for the duration of your stay. A short drive of only a few minutes will take you to a huge variety of places to keep you occupied for days. You will wish you could stay longer!!
