A warm and inviting contemporary family home with outstanding views across some of Newmarket's finest stud lands. Close to town centre, Tattersalls and train station. We have a total of 5 bedrooms - please see our other listings. A south-facing (rear of property) good-sized room on the first floor with a king size bed which can be split into two single beds if required. The room has a television and is situated next door to the shared bath/shower room. Guests have full use of the open plan living area, dining area and kitchen which includes induction hob, eye level oven, combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We have lived in Newmarket for around 40 years, so we have extensive knowledge of restaurants, shops and other facilities and events in both Newmarket and nearby Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds. Newmarket is a thriving market town and the headquarters of horse-racing. You can enjoy the glamour and glitz of the Guineas weekend and Ladies' Day as well as many other events. Our home is situated on the outskirts of the town but still only five minutes away by car and overlooks some of Newmarket's picturesque paddocks and heathland. We are a 3 minute drive from the train station and 5 minutes from the bus station in the town centre. During the racing season free bus transport to the race course is available from the town centre and the train station. We have a driveway for parking.
