Craiglure is a cosy single-storey property, 1.2 miles from Gatehouse of Fleet. The cottage has three bedrooms - two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a single with additional pull-out stacker bed - and a house bathroom, along with additional cloakroom. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, along with a conservatory. Outside, is an extensive lawn, sloping in some parts, and a raised deck with furniture, along with off road parking for three cars. With the amenities of Gatehouse of Fleet close by and plentiful walking, fishing, golfing and more, Craiglure is a lovely year-round family base. Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire.
