Apartment in the park!

Forest Edge consists of a 70 sqm apartment on the ground floor of our family home. The house lies on the edge of the village of Goetzingen, close to forests, rivers, villages and small towns, offering numerous hiking and cycling opportunities. Apartment consists of double bedroom, lounge/diner, fitted kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom plus access to laundry room and washing machine. Private parking off road is available. Your hosts are on hand to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, so help with cycle routes, walking etc. Outside table /chairs are provided on your private terrace as well as sun loungers. BBQ facilities are provided on request. Electric cycle hire is available or if bringing your own cycles, we can provide secure storage. Many activities are available in the area, just ask us! Please note we are exclusively non smoking both inside the apartment and in the grounds, so we would be grateful for the understanding of our guests. We speak English and Deutsch! We are usually on hand if you need us for anything, plus we can always set you up with some essentials on request before you arrive! Goetzingen is a quiet country village with local charm. Though no shops directly, a 7 mins drive brings you to Buchen with a variety of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and take-away options. The local hospital and other facilities such as banks etc are on-hand here too. An 8 minute drive brings you to Osterburken and the Roman Museum, with train connections to Stuttgart, Wuerzburg and Heilbronn. From Buchen you can take the train to other small towns such as Miltenberg, Wertheim and Aschaffenburg. The A81 main highway is only a 10 minute drive away.
