A bright two bed roomed house with tasteful decor and a new kitchen. The bathroom has a fitted shower and toilet. There are many amenities in the local area. The house is situated 11 km from Birmingham city centre where you can visit Birmingham Bullring, the canals along Broad Street and of course the biggest Primark in THE WORLD!!There are many local buses to and from the city centre. Females / males welcome ( from all backgrounds). I am also situated 20 minutes from West Bromwich and Walsall. The guest room has a king size bed and a fitted wardrobe with plenty of space and there are drawers too. Clean bedroom linen and bath towels are provided regularly.The room is a decent size. There is a heated blanket on the bed for the chilly winter nights. There is a brand new 24 inch HD Ready LED smart TV and a phone charger in case guests forget theirs. Also there is a Russell Hobbs fridge which is brand new and available in the guest room. It contains a few shelves and a very small freezer to store ice cubes. Bedroom, bathroom , kitchen and garden. Guests are requested to eat in the kitchen area whenever possible. I will be happy to chat to guests and help out with ideas of places to visit and local transport etc. Guests are always welcome to message me anytime. The neighbourhood is situated in the suburbs of Birmingham. It is only a short walk to the bus stops where you can catch the 997 or 934 bus into Birmingham City Centre. The journey takes just under half an hour. The number 5 bus will take you to Sutton Coldfield where the beautiful park of Sutton is situated. In the opposite direction you can travel to West Bromwich which will take 25-30 minutes where there is a new shopping centre available. The well known Alexander stadium is located only 3 miles away. This stadium hosts trials for European and World Championships as well as Diamond League events mainly during the months of July and August. The Commonwealth Games will be performed here in 2022. Local buses run regularly to Birmingham, West Bromwich and Sutton Coldfield. There is also a local reliable taxi service available. I will provide details on arrival. The local train station is situated at Sutton Coldfield, which provides a regular service to Birmingham / Lichfield City. You could park your car at a local car park, but you will be required to pay. Birmingham airport is 13.9 miles away. The taxi fare costs approximately £22 + and takes about 40 minutes to get there. There is a TV available in the bedroom. The WiFi code is available on a poster on the wall. There is a pull out desk on the right hand wall with a fold up chair. The key will be available in the guest room. Bath sheets, hand towels, toilet roll and shower gel are provided. There is a brand new small Russell Hobbs fridge available in guest's bedroom to store drinks and snacks. Guests are encouraged to recycle items such as glass, paper, plastic, cardboard and tins
