Snowdrop Pod is set in it's own garden with stunning views overlooking the Colne Valley. The pod offers en suite shower & toilet, kitchette with fridge and cooker and BBQ/Firepit. Designed to accommodate guests all year round the pods are fully heated and insulated. If you are looking for the perfect location for a short break or a luxury Glamping base, from which to explore East Anglia, you will be made most welcome at Swallows Field. Fresh salad vegetables, new potatoes, herbs and some fruit. A few pennies in the honesty box for next years seeds is all we ask. John can help you with what's in season & to harvest what you would like to try. We live next door to the site & will be available to answer any questions and make recommendations. The area is outstanding for walking and East Anglia has so much to offer to visitors. There is a village pub within easy walking distance. We have public transport links to the town of Colchester. Walking in the area is fantastic and we can help with planning a route, taking in village pubs for refreshment, if wished. The village fish & chip shop is a 10 minute walk & there are many places to eat out in the area.
