Once a warehouse of the local bishop's house, the house is now a cozy apartment atop the hill of Bucciano; in the countryside south of San Miniato. You are welcomed by the small front garden, perfect to chill and read; at the ground floor with an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, directly connected to the back garden. On the first floor you have the main bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with two beds; plus the bathroom with shower. Guests can use our private village pool (shared with few other properties. Opening from the beginnig or mid-June to the season, to the end of a season. The house has two private parking spots and a WIFI connection Bucciano is a small village of 50 souls atop a hill facing the Chiecina Valley; the wildest part of San Miniato: where the countryside meets the woods. San Miniato is at 8 kms If you have a car, Bucciano is easy to reach from the city (the road linking Florence to Pisa and Livorno) or, coming from the opposite side, from Montaione Volterra and San Gimignano.
