Vale View Apartment, Prestatyn (Dog-friendly)

Vale View Apartment (Est. 2015) is a large, bright and airy town-centre, dog-friendly 1-bed flat in a 122-year old Victorian Hotel, overlooking the hillside town of Prestatyn in North Wales, UK. It's Vale View Apartment singular, as it's the only one of the 22 in the now-residential building that we let for holiday guests. The property and town's 'vital statistics' are: - The apartment SLEEPS 3-4 in a double bed, a single folding bed, a single Z-bed/seat, and a travel cot for under-2s; - The BATHROOM has a bath and electric shower; - The KITCHEN has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc.; - The LOUNGE-DINER has a 7' sofa, z-bed seat and a table for 4. - We accepted well-behaved dogs and provide, foo + water bowls, bedding and old towels. - It's located on the top (2nd floor, reached by stairs and lift) of the former Royal Victoria Hotel (1897), now a private apartment building but still home to this former hotel’s bar, newly-refurbished in September 2018. - The building has a small car park with spaces on a first-come-first served basis. - Prestatyn's train and bus statics are a minute's walk away - As the name suggests, it offers a great view of the Vale of Clwyd at Prestatyn. - Parc Prestatyn (the town's retail park) and the High Street are also minute's walk away; - Beautiful long, wide sandy beaches are a 5-minute walk down the same road the apartment building is on, it couldn't be easier! - There are plenty of walks, from the Offas Dyke, Prestatyn-Dyserth Path and the Wales Coast Path. - World-famous castles are a short drive away - There are plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants to enjoy after a hard day on the beach, in the hills, at the shops or out sight-seeing!
