Villa Julija for 10 people offers private pool and indoor hot tub. Large private fenced garden is perfect for relaxation as it has children´s playground, private pool, boccia field and roofed grill house. Villa is divided into two floors. It has 5 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms and a toilet. Open space ground floor is consisted of fully equipped kitchen, dining area and contemporary furnished living room. Villa is located in a small village of Grabovci, Zaton. Zaton is a typical Dalmatian settlement located in the northwestern part of Šibenik Bay, ten kilometers away from Šibenik, in a quiet cove at the Krka riverbed. The seaside route between Šibenik and Zaton is a well-known rowing track suitable for international and national competitions. Its rich gastronomic offer includes homemade products, including sea specialties. Šibenik was mentioned for the first time on Christmas in 1066 in a document issued by the King Petar Krešimir IV, therefore also called the Krešimir town. It was founded by Croats over a thousand years ago, making it the oldest native Croatian town on the Adriatic. If you like sightseeing Šibenik is perfect for it especially the center. This whole area around villa offers a lot of activities as bungee jump from Šibenik bridge, paintball, safari, kayak tours, diving tours, many excursions to nearby Islands and National parks. The owner owns a boat for excursions and a van to transport 8 passengers.
