The woodland is Fenced all round with parking space inside for 4 cars and additional parking are outside the woodland for 6 cars All areas within the 1.25 Acre woodland with ample parking for 10 cars. Easy access to Bridal-way for cycling and walking. I live 5 mins away and most of the time I am on hand to assist with any questions or help with anything. I may need to come and swap a gas bottle if it runs out while your are staying. The hot water is heated by gas. I always have a spare and it only take 5 mins to swap it over. The site lies just 3 mikes from J46 A1. It’s just 3 miles fro the Centre of Wetherby. From the site you can walk 500m to access 24hr services station at j46 with an M&S take out food and coffee outlets. The site has excellent connectivity. 20 mins to York & Harrogate and 30 mins to Leeds. Access to the Yorkshire Coast is 1hr 15 mins away. There are plenty of walks, cycling and things to do. You can cycle, walk or drive from Eagle Point easily. Easy Access 1.5 miles to Wetherby, York is 20 mins away and Harrogate is 20 mins Leeds 30 mins. I do have a user guide in the RV everything will be set up for you to use and there is nothing to do. The water in the RV is heated by gas, we always keep a spare gas bottle should it run and out we can change it for you.
