Tiny's Place....lovely caravan on resort park close to beach - pet friendly

Sleeps 4 + 2 & baby in two bedrooms; One double, one twin and sofa converts to double in lounge area. Two bathrooms. Located in the Manor Park complex, Tiny's Place is a very comfortable caravan of excellent quality, located within a few minute's walk from the leisure facilities at the park. Convenient off-road parking for two cars is available and visitors' passes are available at an additional charge to allow entry into the club's facilities. Garden furniture with coffee table is also provided for the decking area. There is gas radiator central heating in all rooms and the caravan is mostly carpeted throughout. The caravan is very well furnished throughout, double glazed and offers quality accommodation comprising; Steps from veranda into small open hall, leading into open plan ‘L'-shaped lounge, feature gas fire, ample soft seating and dining area. The sofa converts into a double bed. Kitchen area. Two bedrooms perfectly designed to cater for storage and clothing, one with a double bed and the other with 2'6” twins. The double has it's own en-suite washbasin and WC plus there is also a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Parking; 2 Car spaces beside the caravan Garden; Decking area with outdoor furniture. Entertainment passes; Entertainment passes can be purchased at the Parks Reception - please note there may be limited facilities available on site or you may have to book due to Covid 19. A £100 refundable breakage deposit is payable with the balance. £30 per pet per week. £25 Booking fee. Wi- Fi is chargeable arranged on site. Lovely clean caravan which was really cosy and well equipped. The welcome basket was fab and Hodor our dog loved the treats so much. It was so thoughtful and Tyler loved the sweets. H & M Lovely place to stay, very clean and tidy Everything you needed in the kitchen. Bed linen smelt fresh and clean. Couldn't fault it. Yet again we arrived to a lovely clean van, with all the usual extra's for which are very grateful. Its lovely to have a holiday booked knowing tha you don't have to worry how it will be when you arrive. Everything was immaculate as usual and at the moment with covid worries it means more than ever. We love it so much here we are coming back in August with our grand daughters for a long weekend. The only problem is, its lovely to arrive , but very sad to leave. Thank you so much. 29 April - 3 May 2021 - Mr & Mrs A plus Angus, our blind dog. A lovely, cosy, clean and comfortable caravan. The standard of cleanliness when we arrived was excellent. The caravan was very warm and the bed was extremely comfortable. A fabulous experience all round. This is our first visit to Norfolk and we shall certainly be coming back again. Thank you! Perfect for a family holiday, the park is open 11 months of the year, although the entertainment complex and pools are closed from the end of Oct to Easter each year. Situated at the south end of the town, the beach, fairground, amusements and fish and chip shop are just a short walk . The Entertainment Centre with full entertainment package includes bands, singers and bingo. plus children's amusements. There is an indoor swimming pool, children's play area and launderette. Tesco supermarket is only seconds by car or a short walk – totally convenient, as is the bus stop right outside which travels every 20 minutes to Kings Lynn and up to Hunstanton town centre and through to Cromer and Sheringham. A ‘land train' also stops nearby which travels up to the Lighthouse via a stop near the town centre and back again. What more could a family ask for?! Just leave the car behind on site! HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other. There is a regular bus service along the coast and to Kings Lynn and beyond. There is something for everyone here! A perfect recipe for a perfect holiday in this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No wonder so many people return regularly.
