Private House with outside terrace

Independent guest house with two private bathrooms, located on the outskirts of Elche on a private property and in a quiet area. Just 5min away from the airport by car! 15min beach / 10min city center / 20min Alicante city center / 5min Elche Business Park / 7min IFA. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with all the necessary cookware to spend a few days, nordic fireplace style and a equipped bathroom, which has a large wardrobe enough for 2 people. NEWLY RENOVATED with a bedroom with a en-suite bathroom! It is located in a residential area, so you will not have to worry about noise so, if you are looking for a place to relax, you already have found it! The entry is at the back of the property, so that few (or none) times you will see us. There is car park inside the property, so your car will be safe and with CCTV cameras. You will have a selection of movies (that you may not have seen before), in different languages. You can also enjoy a wine from our cellar that you will free to choose. We can offer you 'late check-out' or 'early check-in', always under availability and paying a supplement depending on the desired time. There are two surveillance cameras outside, one in the parking area (so your car will be safe) and the other right at the entrance to the studio that focuses directly on an area where the guest has no access. These cameras are only for surveillance purposes and are active. If you have any questions about this, please contact us, please ;) We will be happy to help and give you some advices on what to see and do in the area or how to get to your next destination as quickly/safely/eco-friendly/cheaply as possible ;) As it is a family country house, my parents can welcome you, as well as my husband or my brother (who is co-host) and of course me, whenever I can. If you wish, we also have the self check-in option or whenever we can not be there to welcome you, I will send you the self check-in guide with directions and also a video. You will find it easy! We can provide you a power adapter, ask for it in the private messages. It is a residential and family area. Airplanes are the only thing you can hear... well, the birds at dawn can wake you up in a brilliant way. IMPORTANT: Take into account that it is located on the outskirts of the city, so you will need a transport (private or public) to move around. It is not recommended for those who do not bring any own transport. Taxi service works perfectly in the area. Inside the house you have the phone number and the address of the house, as well as a "pocket" map to know where you are. We recommend, if you do not have your own vehicle, to rent a car to move without depending on taxis. The studio has a radiator and fireplace! Most of our guests love to enjoy it. In the study you will find all the accessories to light it, but the firewood must be brought by you. If you want to find it lit and have some firewood, you will have to pay a supplement of € 12. The host must be notified the day before arrival, so that everything is ready. The payment of this will be made at the time the afitrion is notified of the application.
