A modern double bedroom in a family townhouse. Double bedroom, sole use of the newly decorated luxury bathroom, towels and sheets provided and shared lounge (although sole use can be negotiated) with large sofa and TV. Complimentary wi-fi, bathing products, laundry service and breakfast. Meals can also be negoitated. Coffee shops, shopping facilities, restaurants & open spaces all nearby. London within easy reach. 15-20 min to Central London, Westfield Stratford, and Stansted Airport. We provide a comfortable modern double bedroom with ensuite in a new townhouse, with luxury bathing products and breakfast, in a home setting. Meals can be negotiated. You have access to the first two floors, ground and first floor. Also your own car parking space in the double driveway, as well as shelf in the fridge and cupboard. You are also more than welcome to use our glasses, cups, plates or cutlery. I will be available to help, interact, show guests around the local area and accommodate guests throughout their stay. I am also very happy to provide an evening meal (even a light lunch) whether you prefer a homely or gourmet meal during your stay if requested. I can recommend some local restaurants such as Cumin and Giraffe, which are fairly close. There is a local Starbucks, Costa and Chateau cafe. A local pub which could also be recommended is the Bull's Head and there are a range of local parks in Cheshunt, Wormley and Broxbourne. The bus stop is a 8 minutes walk from our home, you can take the 310 in either direction to Hertford (also the direction of Broxbourne Station) which is a 15 minutes walk from Broxbourne High Road to the Station or to Waltham Cross (also the direction of Cheshunt Station) which is around a 20 minute walk from Cheshunt. The 410 from the same bus stop will take you to Brookfield Centre (local retail centre with a range of coffee shops and restaurants) or Harlow Town Centre. The Train can take you into Stratford or Central London in 30-40 minutes or out to Hertford, Harlow or Stanstead as well. Otherwise you can drive. There are also a range of buses from Waltham Cross which take you, quickly into North London - Enfield and beyond. Local and excellent taxi service is A2B cars.
