Dear guests, We have a vacation apartment in a quiet location for 2 - 4 persons. The apartment is a 65m² large 3-room apartment with two separate bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a cozy kitchen, a bathroom and a 10-m²-wide west-facing balcony. In the apartment is a fully equipped-kitchen, as well as underfloor heating and a romantic wood stove for cold winter days. The location of the apartment is between Ulm, Günzburg and Heidenheim. Legoland is only 15 min away by car. The apartment offers all the advantages of a modern lovingly renovated accommodation. Facilities: - 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each (one double bed, 2 single beds) each with a large wardrobe - Large living-dining area - Bathroom with shower-bathtub, WC and washbasin - Kitchen line - Balcony with table and chairs - Free Parking - TV / Internet / WIFI - towels and bed linen There is a complete 3-room apartment, whether you want to book the apartment alone or with up to four persons. Access is through the staircase and the privacy is secured by a lockable entrance. The west-facing balcony leads to the living-dining area. You will receive the key from us on the spot. If you have any questions about the holiday apartment, things to do and things to see, we will be happy to help you at any time. The apartment is located in a pure residential area with predominant number of one and two-family houses in a rural area. In town there are several restaurants, two supermarkets, several bakeries, banks etc .. - Arrival by car: Take the A7 exit 118 or the A8 exit 67 to the village of Niederstotzingen. - Arrival by train: Niederstotzingen station is located on the Ellwangen - Ulm railway line and is approached at least once per hour in both directions. The train station is about 20 minutes on foot away. Possibly we can organize a transfer from the station to the apartment, tell us when you plan to arrive. - Transportation in town: bakerys, banks, restaurants are 15 minutes away by foot We do not charge additional fees for the final cleaning of the apartment or for the bed linen, this is included in the price and for us as a host self-evidence.
