This second floor luxury Boutique king sized Bedroom, the luxury bath tub is one floor below the bedroom and the wash basin and loo are on the ground floor. Set in the breathtaking Cotswold countryside, in the middle of 500 acres. The bedroom is located in the main house, with its own entrance. My husband and I are also in the main house but your privacy is guaranteed. Antique English bed decorated with Ralph Lauren soft furnishings. The Room has HD TV with freeview. The luxury bath tub is located on floor below, the wash basin and loo are on the ground floor. There is a common hallway and stairs between these rooms. Stunning , quiet location near Stratford upon Avon and Chipping Camden. The house is a lovingly restored 1760 farmhouse formally run by myself as a luxury B&B with fabulous trip advisor reviews. These reviews can be found under Upper Larkstoke on trip-advisor. Guests have full use of downstairs living as shown in the photos, along with small kitchen along side it. It contains a Microwave, Fridge and dishwasher but unfortunately no Hob or Oven. I am recently retired and so on hand to help guests with their needs. This may include baby sitting, dog walking, laundry and taxi service at an extra charge. Continental breakfast provided, dietary requirements can be catered for. Dogs welcome to stay in kitchen at £5 per night payable on arrival. Storage for bikes. Several gastro Pubs within 5 minute drive.
