House in lovely seaside Fiskebackskil on the Swedish West coast. It is a 90 year old, recently renovated 2 story wooden house with all modern facilities. Ideal for up to 7 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, plus TV-room, spacious fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, terraces around the house with barbecue and more! Access to nearby golf course, tennis courts, sailing, canoeing, fishing, gym, sauna, yoga, cycling and hiking trails and restaurants. The house is cosy and bright with many windows. Evenings can be spent either on the large terrace, in the garden or indoors in the comfortable living room furnished with Swedish furniture. Beds are comfortable. Parking is free and 70m from the house. There is a bus service from the house to Gothenburg several times a day. The beach is a 5 - 10min walk away. You will have sole access to the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The fenced garden is a spacious 1200sqm and fine for young children to play in. When you book and depending on number of nights and number of people we need to reach an agreement with you (before any booking is accepted) on the charge for professional cleaning which is to be paid by the guest. Fiskebackskil neighborhood consists of mainly traditional wooden houses built 100 years ago with a beautiful wooden church, a grocery store called Tempo, a fish shop, 4 restaurants , a harbour for boats, hairdresser and a medical centre in nearby town Lysekil. You can either walk or drive the short distances in Fiskebackskil. There is also Torp shopping centre 25 mins away by car and there is a bus service. The ferry takes 12 mins to Lysekil where there are many shops, bakeries, banks, restaurants etc. There is also a car ferry 8 minutes away. Professional cleaning organised after check-out at guests´ expense. The house is preferably rented on a weekly basis. Check out is by 10.30am to allow for cleaners. Guests will find information booklet in the kitchen with details about the house and the village. Optical high speed fibre internet and wifi throughout the house. Netflix is available on the TV if you have an account. Radio and wifi stereo available.
