Harold's Barn is a separate part of a Large Converted American Barn, on a working Horse Stud in the South Downs National Park on the out skirts of the village of Bishops Waltham with its Cafe's, Pub's, Restaurants & small shops. Village a 10 mins walk downhill, Double (King) Bedroom with En-suite bath & walk in shower,bedroom is large enough for single bed or travel cot on request; A large kitchen & extra shower/Toilet off kitchen. Free parking on Gravel. Small garden area. Spacious/Large Double King room in part of a large American Barn, modern en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, dressing table and loads of cupboard space. Light and Airy feel. Plenty of room for Travel cot. Guests will be given access code on booking/payment and one of your hosts will visit you during daylight/or reasonable hours to welcome you. Breakfast is generally self-catering in kitchen/breakfast room. Bishops Waltham is a delightful village with several coffee/brunch shops 'Josie' and 'Natural Deli' are favourites, there are also many restaurants 2 Indian, 1 Italian, 2 Chinese, a tapas bar and several pubs, as well as an excellent Fish & Chip shop. Many small boutique type shops selling clothing, Children's toys, Antiques. A Healthspace for many types of treatments and many hairdressers. Walk through St Peter's Church yard the original church dates back to between (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , to the village walk down St Peter's Street, a picture prefect street with wonderful hanging baskets in the summer. Access to the South Downs is a short distance away, along with many cycling routes and bridleways. Cyclists are welcome and inside cycle storage can be provided at no extra cost. The famous Loomies Moto Café is at West Meon a short drive away. There are 6 golf courses in a 5-15 minute drive from the Bronte Stud. We can also provide overnight Stable accommodation for one or two ponies or small horses, at normal livery charges.
