A private double room with en-suite

Spend a night and have breakfast with an Author, Inventor, Designer and Developer. Your host provides a comfortable and safe environment. In the morning you can see the sheep, watch the birds and have breakfast inside or out. I may even bake bread. A double bedroom with en-suite. Double glazed with a very comfortable bed. Chair and small drawers suitable for short stays. Tea, coffee, etc is available from the kitchen. The kitchen provides all the normal facilities. The lounge with TV can be made available but you may have to share it with the host. Free parking is available on the drive at the front of the property. The host would normally be living at the property and can provide local information and details to support the guest. My property is on the edge of the village development and we overlook the national forest at the back. The house is detached and at night you see all the lights of the town from the bedroom window. This is a good location to visit things as we are in the middle of a number of cities. There are good places to walk and nice pubs to eat at nearby. There is public transport but I drive and rarely use it myself. Rail connections to different cities is available from Burton and Derby. Check online for rail connections. The property is non smoking.
