A comfortable room in a welcoming home

Within walking distance of Warwick House Wedding Venue and the shops, bars & restaurants of Southam with easy access to Dallas Burston Polo Ground, Leamington Spa, Jaguar Land Rover, Warwick, Rugby, Daventry and Banbury. In beautiful countryside with easy access to main travel routes. I have a double room with a luxury bathroom ideal for couples or sole Mon - Thurs business travellers. We live here with 1 friendly cat. I have a luxury bedroom with a private bathroom available for couples or sole travellers. There is a £7 cleaning fee per visit. The room is beautifully decorated and have 100% cotton bedding. High quality towels are supplied and there is always shower gel in the bathroom. Feel free to use the kitchen, garden and garden room. There is on-street parking and free wi-fi. Check in is flexible but preferably after 4pm. Leamington Spa is 6 miles away and Banbury and Rugby around 10 miles. Stratford upon Avon is 20 miles and the the Cotswolds are a pretty 35 minute drive down the Fosse Way. Weekend check in and out times by arrangement (we will try to accommodate all requests) Please help yourselves to tea/coffee, cereal, toast for breakfast. If you would like a cooked breakfast (weekends only) there will be a £6 per person extra charge. We live in the property and are available as much or as little as you require. You are free to use the garden, garden room and kitchen. I live in the property but am at work during the week. If I'm around I'll be willing to give advise on the area. As little or as much as required. Southam is a small historical market town which has shopping, pubs/restaurants, leisure centre, recreational park and walks. Having transport is definitely the best way to get around the area. There is public transport. Buses run from Southam and the nearest train station is Leamington Spa - 6 miles and Rugby station is 12 miles. We have a friendly cat.
