A quiet and secure neighbourhood with the the obvious attractions of never-ending golden beaches, long walks, excellent surfing and fishing spots, beautiful rock pools, ski-boat launch site, collecting of sea shells and the annual June/July sardine run. June to November on the balcony watching the whales play in the warm waters of the Indian ocean. Large double storey home with big lounge and kitchen areas and lots of space. Ideal for family getaways, book clubs, church groups and similar social gatherings with 3 bedrooms that can sleep 11, plus an additional 3 sleeper couches in the lounge. A games room downstairs having a pool table and dartboard with double doors opening onto a patio and front lawn. NOTE: This is a well-kept family home and not suitable for bachelor parties, wayward fishing trips and similar boisterous activities. Guests have access to the entire house and garden. Situated in a tranquil sea-side neighbourhood, surrounded by sounds of abundant birdlife. We are located between Hibberdene and Port Shepstone and are central to all popular holidaymaker venues and activities. EasyView DSTV Parking is available for at least 5 vehicles plus street parking. This home is self-catering and is not serviced by cleaning staff. However, with prior notice casual domestic help can be recommended but will be for the guest's account. i.e. cash payment direct to the person providing the service required.
