It is one of the very few completely restored stone houses in the area. The apartment available for rent is on the ground floor. The interior was fully renovated and the apartment can now comfortably accommodate a family of four members. The surface area is approximately 60 sqm, divided into a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one room with king size bed and the other with twin beds) and a bathroom with bath tub and washing machine. The area is very quiet, the entire house is surrounded by greenery and the back of the house looks out onto the grove of lemon and orange trees. The small beaches seen on photos are just 30m away. The apartment has its own oil central heating and complimentary WI-FI. Please note that in winter time there will be an extra charge for heating, according to the consumption which will be calculated in front of the guests, on the basis of the oil meter. Beside the small beaches just 30 m from the house, guest will also find the «To Fagopoti» restaurant which offers delicious homemade food at very affordable prices. Just across the road is a bus stop where you can get transportation to the neighboring villages, Corinth and Athens. Distances: Corinth 55 km, Athens 140 km, Delphi 182 km, Mycenae 88 km, Patras 70 km, Ancient Olympia 195 km, Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus 105 km. This is a small Greek village, still not at all overcrowded by tourists. It is a great choice for guests who would like to experience a real Greek environment and lyfestyle. Despite the proximity of the seaside, privacy is ensured by the huge garden surrounding the property. Just 10 minutes walking guests can find the "Dasaki", with snack bar, nice beach with deck chairs and deck umbrellas. All around the area, just few minutes driving there are plenty of fish restaurants Just few meters from the house there is a bus stop where guests can get transportation to Athens, Korinth, Patras and many villages. Guest arriving by car will have at theri disposal an open parking place inside theproperty. Guests arriving from airport can either get a train to Kyato and then public bus or taxi to Stomio (30 Km). Guests arriving by car from airport are kindly requested to contact us for detailed information. From Athens airport the journey by car takes about 2 hours. Please note that heating is not included in the daily rental rate. The oil consumption will be calculated, together with the guest and according to the meter.
