Deluxe Single Room with an Ensuite & Balcony

Modern house, decorated to a high standard. New carpets/vinyl throughout. The bedroom has a very comfy new double bed & mattress & there is an inbuilt wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet and lamp in the room. Fast wireless broadband Clean, modern loft room with sloping ceilings, velux cabrio -opens out in to a balcony, overlooking Royston Heath. Small double bed & also a sofa in the room. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed & is a small double, however the floor space is quite tight when the sofa bed is in use. Bedside table, wardrobe space inbuilt into the eves, - low down hanging rails. New ensuite. TV, Netflix, kettle, continental breakfast tea/coffee/cereals, new mini fridge. 3 cats and tropical fish at the property. Parking available on the road that is opposite the property, or in the first bay directly outside my house if its available or the drive if not in use. Access to the bedroom and bathroom only, this is bed and breakfast in the room, as this is the Landlady's home and she has full use of the rest of the house - lounge and kitchen etc I really enjoy meeting people. My main aim is to make sure my guests have an enjoyable, relaxed stay. I am a Superhost on Air BnB and I currently have a high review score on (Website hidden by Airbnb) I love to Ballroom and Latin American dance, which I attend weekly and I enjoy keeping fit, swimming, running and the gym. The town lies on the northern slopes of the Hertfordshire Chalk Downs. The Greenwich Meridian passes through the point where the bypass meets the original A505 alignment. The town centre is just 1-minute 27 seconds west of the meridian. Approximately 3 miles to Melbourn Science Park - PA Consulting, Astra Zeneca and TTP and Meldreth.
