Coulsdon Retreat with Terrace

Annexe to main house includes living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Private Terrace overlooking a pond. The self contained annexe has 1 double bedroom. (Room for travel cot) The bathroom has shower, toilet & hand basin. Kitchen area has facilities for cooking. Also fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The living area has table and chairs, sofa and large TV. Private Terrace, through double patio doors, with seating. Smoking not allowed inside but there is a terrace to allow outside. WiFi and Virgin TV. Private use of Garden Terrace overlooking a pond. Personal private entrance at side of property accessed via a back gate and own front door. The hosts, Gill & Ken, are on site in main house. Happy to advise on anything and to socialise if desired. We have a boxer dog called Winnie, who is walked twice a day. She will be kept away from guests who aren’t keen and has no access to the accommodation. The private terrace area is fenced off from main garden. We are situated at the Southern end of London Borough of Croydon. We are in zone 6 for London Oyster Travel Cards. Good transport links to Croydon, London and Gatwick Airport. We are approximately half hour on the train from London with Coulsdon South a 10 minute walk or Coulsdon Town 2O minute walk away or short bus ride. We are next to Farthing Downs with stunning views including of London landmarks Canary Wharf and The Shard. Trains from Coulsdon South or Town. Buses close by and off street parking for one vehicle if required. We are on the edge of Croydon Town but have the Surrey countryside on our doorstep. We have Tudor Rose pub at the top of our Road or The Fox on Coulsdon Common. We are a 15 minute walk from Coulsdon Town itself which has various eat in or takeaway restaurants. It has an Aldi, Waitrose & Tesco Express supermarket.
