Beautiful little house directly by the sea

Newly renovated small house located at the marina in Falkvik with the sea as the nearest neighbor. Large lovely garden with own lush kitchen garden with place to sit and enjoy the sun. Large raised wooden deck with plenty of room for the whole company to enjoy barbecue evenings or just enjoy in the lounge with a good cup of coffee with wonderful views of the sea. On the site there is also a small sauna house with a small dressing room. Here you can sit and enjoy the warmth and at the same time look out over the beautiful sea view. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, hob etc and all utensils you may need. The living room is large and spacious with sofa and table as well as a large dining table with a beautiful view of the harbor. Here is a large TV with cromecast so you can watch your favorite shows. There is also an antenna so you can see terrestrial channels. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. Also in the bedroom is a TV with terrestrial channels and a PS3 with games for those who wish. There are 2 toilets in the house of which a larger bathroom with shower. The bathroom also has washing machine, hair dryer, pliers. Towels are also available. Wi-fi access is available. On the site there is also a smaller guest house with a small kitchen, shower and toilet, a sofa bed for 2 people and a small sleeping loft. Again, there is a TV with cromecast and wi-fi. This house can be rented to those who wish for an extra fee.
