room, quiet and close to everything

This is the guestroom in the attic of my single family house (where I mostly live alone). The house is situated few walking minutes away from the old city center with all the gastronomy. 1300m away from the central station. Our house is located in an excellent neighbourhood - close to the old town (not even 5 minutes walk), close to recreation area / public parks and woods. Shopping, a lot of gastronomy are also close. We will cohabitate in a shared house for several weeks or months - that is why we would like to know a little bit more about you than provided by AirBnB, such as your age, profession and the reason for your visit.
