Where we are able & by request early check in possible The Kabin is set in its own discrete 1 acre grassed field with spectacular views of the Colne Valley. There is a substantial decking area with a gas Grill (Plancha) and seating for up to 10 individuals. 6 person Hot Tub , luxury Sun Loungers, Bath Robes and Outside “Tiki Bar”. Full bathroom, with bath and shower, washer dryer, fridge freezer and WIFI There is a bespoke tree house for the children with swings and a slide. In addition, there is a secure parking space accessed via electric gates. WE DO. NOT ACCEPT ANY LARGE PARTIES NOR ANY STAG / HEN PARTIES. The Kabin is in the Colne Valley and we ask our guests to be conscious of their noise after 10pm and respect us and our neighbours - as such, we ask that guests respect a noise curfew after this time and remove themselves into the Kabin. Electric gate access, private road entry No parking on the grass, leave cars at the bottom if unable to drive to the top Available by phone and text The most amazing views, 5 mins from the National Trust’s Marsden Moor, as well as the Peak District National Park (Saddleworth Moor). the City of Manchester (Piccadilly) is 36 minutes away by train from Marsden railway station, as well as Leeds (39 minutes). Marsden is the perfect location for commuters, being approximately 8 miles from Huddersfield, 11 from Oldham, 18 from Manchester and 27 from Leeds. If public transport is required then Marsden has it all. An excellent bus service is offered to surrounding villages and Huddersfield. It boasts its own railway station which provides services along the Huddersfield Line between Huddersfield, Manchester and Leeds. The village has a good range of shops and restaurants and for those with a keen interest in village community life, Marsden will not disappoint as its hosts festivals and cultural events throughout the year. Marsden is in the care of the National Trust and offers naturally beautiful scenery; ideal for hardy hikers and people who like a relaxing countryside setting. Marsden and Slaithwaite are fantastic for bars and restaurants. Saddleworth (Upper Mill, Delph etc) is only a few minutes away and Holmfirth is a 15 minute car journey from our site.
