Its a large house with 3 Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. With a spacious and beautifully decorated Drawing Room, cosy TV room and colourful Breakfast/Dinning room. The newly installed large modern Kitchen is attractive and functional. The house has a fully equipped Utility Room and a separate toilet. The stylish Hallway leads out into the fascinating city of Salisbury. Our Kitchen door opens into a peaceful Walled Garden. Spire House was run as a B&B for over 20 years and is well equipped to cater for visitors needs. Every room has been carefully and beautifully decorated and the furnishing are of a very high standard. Parking in the city is easy, resident parking areas are available and the parking permits are organised online in advance.
