In the living room there is a box spring bed for 2 people. If necessary, the couch can also be used as a bed for 2 more people. An electric piano is also available. In the large eat-in kitchen you can let your cooking skills run free. You will not miss anything in it. On your own terrace with awning you can enjoy the evening sun and have a cozy barbecue. The sauna can be used for an extra charge. We have three lovely cats (outdoor cats) who sometimes visit our guests on the terrace. The 55 m² apartment is located in a detached 3-family house on the ground floor on a large plot of land with a well-tended garden and lawn. The landlord lives in the same house. The house is in a quiet, idyllic location. Fast in the forest but also fast in the city of Würzburg, e.g. on the bridge to Brückenschoppen.
