House with garden and pool, close to the beach

Our house is perfectly located in the amazing Cala Morell, in the northwest of Menorca, about 10 minutes drive from the historical center of Ciutadela. You will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the house, as well as the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The house, its swimming pool and its large terrace are sheltered from the wind by high pine trees. Our house has recently been completely renovated. It has 4 rooms (one of which is very small but has nonetheless a spare bed of 200 X 90 cm) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large roof terrace accessible by an outside staircase withe a sea-view. You will have access to the entire house during your stay. We will always be in contact by mail or telephone if necessary and we know several qualified people who can help if needed. You can walk to the nearby beach which is easily accessible but I recommend that you discover all the other exceptional beaches of the island. In the north, the long open ones, in the south you can see the carming coves. The town of Ciutadella is beautiful. You will be able to discover its historical little streets while doing sole shopping. There are lots of restaurants, bars, terraces, food markets... During the summer, the harbour becomes very lively. There is plenty to do : restaurants, bars, night clubs, little shops... You can rent a boat for the day and there is a wonderful 18 holes golf in the middle of the island. There are buses connecting Cala Morell to Ciutadella several times a day, but I would advise you to get your own car in order to fully enjoy of all the possibilities offered by the island. You can easily rent one from the numerous rental companies at affordable prices. The pool does not have safety measures (they are not obligatory in Spain).
