Mirabelle Cottage on the Suffolk Coast

Mirabelle Cottage is a charming, recently modernised two bedroom mid terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area. It sleeps up to four guests comfortably and is a perfect located for exploring the Suffolk Coast and historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Pet friendly (two dogs allowed) Entrance Porch/Cloakroom The entrance is at the front of the property via the parking space. There are two small steps up into the entrance porch with cloakroom to the left with basin and WC. Living / Dining Room is a spacious, character rich room with windows facing the front of the cottage and south facing back garden. There are two, two seater sofas, a convenient, traditional coal – effect gas stove, coffee table, smart TV and round dining table for four guests. Kitchen There is a small step from the living room to the well equipped kitchen with door to the back garden. Facilities include a microwave, fan oven with grill, four ring gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. First Floor The first floor is accessed by the wide stairs rising through a doorway in the living dining room. There is a very large walk-in cupboard on the landing which has plenty of hanging/storage space for everyone and iron and ironing board storage. Twin Bedroom Located overlooking the front of the cottage, the twin bedroom has two handmade single beds, bedside table and chest of drawers. Double Bedroom Overlooking the back garden and meadows beyond, this room benefits from a double bed with bedside tables and chest of drawers. This room is conveniently located next to the family bathroom. Bathroom The small but convenient bathroom has a standard bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside Off road parking is to the front of the cottage for one car and there is additional free roadside parking. Please ask if you would like additional parking at the rear. The south facing, small, enclosed garden has a patio with garden furniture for 4, and lawn and flower containers. It overlooks the meadows beyond. Please note that Brookside is next door. Brookside is an end terrace cottage with a slightly bigger garden and kitchen. It also has a separate bath and shower in the family bathroom. Owner lives next door and is on hand for questions. This is a lovely, quiet village and we ask you to respect the neighbours. Pet friendly - up to two pets.
