VERY quiet bedroom with adjoined office and private bathroom. Queen bed , all hardwoods and tile, Keurig & mini fridge, TV & WiFi, private entry for contactless entry and dog biz. ONE socialized dog OK! Fenced-in yard, "people" pool (no dogs in the pool!) , hot tub, screened porch, gas grill. Access to kitchen and laundry available for long-term stays. *Dogs, chickens (including roosters!) on property. NOT walk-able to restaurants or shopping. Views of water. Quiet, serene, beautiful. There are resident LARGE dogs and chickens! NOT great for sleeping in late.... Think ROOSTERS!! Gorgeous pool. Rural serene setting. Bedroom is classically furnished with a Queen bed, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, closet system and comfortable seating. Separate office space and beautifully detailed bathroom. Even an outdoor shower! Private space with bedroom, office area and bath. Out door spaces, pool, hot tub, porches and tiki bar. All on 1.5 acres of fenced-in lush grounds. Always available by cell-phone; day or night. I am currently not offering breakfast due to Covid. I will supply yogurt and fruit upon request, and always have breakfast bars, raisins, instant oatmeal and coffee in the room. * Cell service can be an issue! End of street, across street from Wye River. Quiet and serene. Very dark at night! Can't stress this enough. Must have vehicle. We have Uber, shuttles and cabs. A full service convenient store is 3 miles away, closes at 8 PM. Great location for cycling and running. There is a country store on the way to the house just 3 miles away. They close at 8PM. I do not change towels daily. There is no microwave or candle use allowed. Close to: Aspen Center, Chesapeake College, The Narrows, Mears Point Marina, Boatel, the Outlet Stores @ 50 and 301, Annapolis and St. Michaels.
