Only 6 km from Como city center and only 30 km from Lugano is the prestigious town of Cernobbio, once the summer resort of the Milan aristocracy and now an important tourist, cultural and business center. In a recently renovated historic house, we offer a comfortable apartment for your stay on Lake Como. The apartment has a private garden with a pergola and a stone table where you can enjoy life outside; a gas grill completes the offer. In addition to this private garden, there is also the over 400 m2 green area with swimming pool (18 m2) and lake view, which is shared with the other two apartments in the house. The apartment consists of a master bedroom with its own bathroom with bathtub and a second, smaller bedroom with its own wet room with shower. There is also a modern kitchen. Thanks to glass doors opening onto the private garden with a south-east orientation, all rooms enjoy plenty of natural light. The apartment is equipped with various modern amenities, including: a. TV with satellite connection, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, air conditioning and underfloor heating for the winter. The apartment is suitable for a vacation on Lake Como as well as for business activities in the Como - Milan area, especially for participation in exhibitions and trade fairs in the Milan area. The house is accessible via a traditional stone-paved street. The cost of electricity, water, waste disposal and WiFi, as well as bed linen, hand and bath towels and the final cleaning are included in the rental price. Please note: In the period from September 15, 2019 to June 30, 2020, we are carrying out construction work for a new house on the property. Therefore, noise emissions can occasionally occur during normal working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
