Studio close to sea and Gothenburg

Newly built studio of 25 m2 with nice kitchen and bathroom. Bus stops right outside and take you to the lovely city of Gothenburg in 20 minutes. It has a nice kitchen area with fridge, stove and oven/micro. A small toilett with shower. There is a 180 cm bed so you can easily have a child in between. We can also arrange a baby bed if you like. In the garden you find a terrace with a nice seating area and there are swings, sandbox and a slide for the children. From the street outside you easily take the bus to the central parts of Gothenburg and from there you can choose either to visit the shopping areas, or maybe take a tram and boat to the beautiful archipelago. Gothenburg has alot to offer in arts and culture as well. From the studio it is aproxomately a 15 minute walk to the sea with a nice little bay were you can bath from the cliffs or the small beach area. It is very child friendly. It is also very close to the grocery store, (5 min walk) and in the same area you'll find a pizzeria, thai, sushi, gas station, gym, pharmacy, bakery and a small deli were you can buy fruit, cheese and ham. Free parking Garden with nice play area for children Patio The studio is situated right outside the big city of Gothenburg in a quiet area called Billdal. This is a typical area for familys with children and older couples and is very close to the sea. Our studio is right next to a bus stop (Bolsheden) which takes you to the central parts of Gothenburg in about 20-35 minutes, depending on were you are heading. We have a big and very nice grocery shop called Hemköp about a five minute walk from the house and on the way there, you can also find a gas station, pizzeria, thai and sushi and a very nice deli shop called Rollands. You can easily walk to the sea from our house in about 20 min and there are severeal nice walkabouts in nearby forests, very close to Sandsjöbacka naturreservat by car.
