Lovely light, quiet, clean room, close to centre

A first floor bedroom in a private small, quiet pleasant Edwardian semi-detached house in a quiet street. You can walk to just about anywhere in the city from the property. A park and museum, Aldi and Tesco, large range of cafes, restaurants, cinemas and shops ten minutes walk , swimming pools, ice rink and mainline station only 20 minutes. Anglia Ruskin University is about 25 minutes walk. Everyone who walks in my house says how lovely it is. Tea and coffee making in the room. The room has a queen sized double bed which makes for a very comfortable stay for one or two people. The bathroom is next door to the bedroom. Parking is on the street. Free from 11pm-8am. One free six hour parking ticket can be provided for daytime parking or there is a free parking area at the end of the street. The up and coming city of Chelmsford has everything from cafes and cinemas to ice rinks and museums, international restaurants and major shops. And its all only ten minutes walk from the property. Whether you are coming for a work engagement, visit to Anglia Ruskin university, to see friends or to be within relatively easy access of London but escaping the hustle and bustle at night, this is a good location. Main line station is twenty minutes walk through city centre (window shop as you go!), or ten minutes walk plus five minute bus. Also plenty of taxi companies to book with or waiting at station. I try to live sustainably and recycling is the norm. Re-usable drinking bottles can be filled from the taps. Tap water is safe to drink. . Ten minutes walk from the property, on lower Moulsham Street and continuing down into the city centre, you can start to access a range of cafes selling cooked breakfasts.
