Spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + downstairs loo. Downstairs is a spacious sitting room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry room & enclosed veranda. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs plus a second huge sitting room (a converted barn) with a kitchenette and a mezzanine accessed via a spiral staircase (this has an extra double bed). Leading off this sitting room is an open terrace, with table and chairs and a lovely view. A further very large covered terrace leads off the main bedroom, also accessed from the kitchen via spiral staircase. This has a picnic table, lounge chairs and a ping-pong table. Outside is a rambling wild garden with plenty of parking. The house is very rural, surrounded by farmland and woods, with many lovely walks. We have seen deer, sanglier, red squirrels, badgers, foxes and coypu on our land. We have free WiFi, English TV, CD player, ipod player and radio A gas barbeque is available, plus a high chair and a cot, well behaved pets are welcome. The house is fairly remote although we do have neighbours behind us. A car is esential. The nearest town is Limoux (20 minutes away) with supermarkets, shops and cafes.
